Completing Projects
Learn how to submit your work, go through review, and hand off completed projects.
Once you've built all the features in the PRD and the client is satisfied with the preview, it's time to complete the project. This section covers the final steps of the worker journey.
- Final Review
Thoroughly test all features one more time. Check for console errors, broken links, and responsive design issues.
- Client Approval
Ensure the client has reviewed the latest preview and is satisfied with the implementation. Address any final feedback.
- Submit for Review
Use the Worker Dashboard to submit your work. This marks the project as ready for the promotion process.
- Promotion to Production
Your code is merged to the main branch and deployed to production. The client receives their live application.
- Unassignment
You're unassigned from the project and can claim a new one from the marketplace.
Make sure all PRD requirements are implemented and the client has approved the preview. Submitting incomplete work can delay the project and affect your standing.
After project completion:
- Access is revoked – Your access to the repository and GCP project is removed
- Branch is archived – Your worker branch remains for historical reference but is no longer active
- You're free to claim – You can immediately claim a new project from the marketplace
- Client goes live – The client's app is deployed to production with their custom domain (if configured)
